Access Statement

Entrance to the car park is first right after the front gate. There is space for two visitors cars on the graveled space in front of the house. This is lit by sensor activated lighting all along the front of the house.

There is paving from the car park to the 85cms wide front door, which has a very low threshold step into the ceramic tiled hallway. There is space on the left side of the hallway to leave wet and muddy outer garments and shoes if you wish.

Directly opposite the front door is the 82cms entrance to the carpeted dining room. Meals are served at a round or oval table with wide comfortable wooden seats with arms.

There are two sets of French windows that open out onto the veranda from the dining room. The veranda continues along on the left side into the balcony of room one and to the right side the veranda leads round to a sundeck all on the same level. Back into the hallway to access room one on ground level turn left 5metres then turn right 2.5metres to reach the room door 82cms wide.

The large twin room is carpeted, there are two 3’ (92cms) wide single beds with upholstered headboards (these can be combined to make a superking size bed). There are two ceiling pendant lights , two bedside table lights and one table lamp on the dressing table. There are ample electrical sockets within easy reach.

The window has a chain operated roman blind with blackout lining, there is a large central heating radiator underneath.

The room also has French windows with full length lined curtains, these doors open out onto a metre depth balcony which has it’s own outdoor light and access round to the veranda of the main house. There are steps down from the veranda to the garden.

The en suite is accessed from 82cms wide door opening out into the room. It has a wet room shower with glass screen. There are grip rails on the walls and a drop down shower seat. The shower has an overhead shower rose and a hand held shower option too. The W.C. is wall hung at 48cms high with a wall grip rail on one side and a drop down chrome rail on the other side. Push flush plate.

The sink is a generous size with easy to operate lever tap. The en suite is well lit with halogen down lighters and two wall lights.

There is also a duel fuel wall towel radiator.
