Terms and Conditions

Deposit : One night per person £45.00

Payment : Cash, Cheque, Paypal or BACS payment. I do not accept credit or debit cards.

Cancellation Policy : up to 5 days of arrival date - full deposit refund.

4 days or less - deposit non-refundable if the room cannot be booked.

Please note that at Bank Holiday periods minimum booking is two nights.

Check in: 4pm – 9pm Please telephone if you are going to be late.

Check out: By 10.45am Please let me know if you are unable to meet this time.
